General Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
• The item is in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns not due to defects, damage, or errors on our part, the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
• Custom or personalized items.
• Personal care items and beauty products.
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. To qualify for this, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@mikitakunitsky.com
