All our pieces are handcrafted from natural materials by a small, dedicated team. The average production time is 3-4 business days, and with shipping within Europe, orders typically arrive within a week. However, unforeseen delays may occur due to supply chain issues, logistics, or other external factors. While such delays are often beyond our control, we kindly ask for your understanding that fulfillment may take up to two business weeks in rare cases.
