We strive to ensure our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible. Some orders with the Pick-Up option may be ready for collection within 24 hours. All our pieces are handcrafted from natural materials by a small, dedicated team. The average production time is 3-4 business days, and with shipping within Europe, orders typically arrive within a week. However, unforeseen delays may occur due to supply chain issues, logistics, or other external factors. While such delays are often beyond our control, we kindly ask for your understanding that fulfillment may take up to two business weeks in rare cases. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
